How do I use the email tracker?

After you create an account with BigString’s Email Tracker, you will need to enter this information in the Email Tracker’s preferences. The email tracker on Internet Explorer is located in a tool bar in the upper left side of your browser. On Firefox’s browsers it is located on the bottom right of your browser. After you enter your information, you are able to send tracked messages. Direct your browser to one of the supported email systems, log in and compose your emails as you normally do and hit send. The tracker is automatically set to automatically track emails that you send. To track a sent message, click on the BigString Email Tracker button in your browser and go to "Reports". You will now see all your available tracking information.
